Spirituality?

Religious trauma, past or current abuse, manipulation, a lack of knowledge, the influence of society at large, work or study stress, addictions and empty rituals have led many to shut down their vertical connection entirely. Others have replaced it with a vague sense of “something out there,” while avoiding any idea of a Cre-ator or immediately dismissing the concept of a Heavenly Father as ridiculous. Can you stay open-minded with me for just a minute more to explore the possibility of a Cre-ator or spiritual relationship?

Question 1.

If you walked into the Rijksmuseum (a gallery) and saw The Night Watch or The Prodigal Son, would you assume it painted itself? Or would you say: Rembrandt or at least someone painted this?

If you look at the beauty, order and mystery of the universe—couldn’t that point to an Artist as well?

Question 3.

If you look at yourself, could it be that at the deepest core you crave the One who is behind it all?

No, I’m not talking about a church building, a religion, or dogma; I’m talking about the source of Love, the source of all light and the Cre-ator of us and all the beauty around us (please click here if you see evil and blame God).
